People have been asking me if I am following a running program. The answer is yes. I found Hal Higdon’s Website and I am following his Intermediate I schedule. I did however make some adjustments to fit my schedule. As you can see the the program slowly increases the Saturday distances up to 22miles (35km). I am starting today with week 8. Feel free to use this schedule for your own Marathon preparation.
