<p>Wow, I&#8217;ve been following a planned training routine for 31 days! Time flies!</p>
<p>Today was my 26km (16miles) run! After having consulted with  Marathon veterans, I decided to take their advice, and started my run in  a very slow  pace. I really think it helped, because I felt like I was able to hold the tempo for a longer period than in my other long runs. It was still tough, though. My legs are not used to that kind of training. The impact from running affects joints and tendons alike. My muscles are shocked, my knees tingle, and my back is pretty stiff. I&#8217;ll have to stretch my legs out really good after such a practice.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Today (Wednesday) was my first practice day after a couple of days off due to a nasty cold. </p>
<p>I woke up with my wife at 4:55 AM this morning. She has started working early morning shifts at AEO and I thought I could make her waking-up process a little easier by getting up with her. I drove her to work and when I came home I was too awake to go back to sleep; so I decided to get my run over with, and went outside. </p>
<p>It is still very warm here in Miami and it doesn&#8217;t cool down much over night, but the temperature at 6:00 AM is a lot more bearable then during the day. I saw the sky change colors from a dark purple blue to a faded peachy color. It was beautiful. </p>
<p>The 9.5km (6miles) went by really fast, and by the time I came home I was tired enough to take a little nap.         </p>

I was bed-ridden for the past few days due to a nasty cold and pretty high fever. Unfortunately I did not feel strong enough to run the 22.5km (14miles) planned for Saturday, but took a long relaxing bath instead. My wife has found a new, amazing hobby of making bath salts. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I feel a lot better today, and will resume practice as usual tomorrow (Wednesday).</p>

Another day of running &#8211; 13km (8miles). I have my set routes around the block now. One round is 4miles long and another one is 3miles long.
